I’ve been to Flexcoop well over 10 times now and it never ever disappoints. The two saunas are both great in different ways, and having three ice baths all of different temps is amazing. Everything’s always really clean too, especially the changing facilities and showers!

The best part for me is the location/scenery – it’s so peaceful and quiet, and you can properly switch off for a bit. I always leave feeling a new level of zen

Grace and Jake are so lovely as well – always friendly, quick to reply, and really accommodating of anything you need. It just makes the whole experience that much better. Would definitely recommend to try it out⭐️⭐️⭐️

Flexcoop has very quickly become my favourite place!!

Stunning lakeside views with 2 saunas (traditional up to 65 degrees and infrared up to 85 degrees!) 3 cold plunge barrels going as low as 3 degrees, changing rooms, showers and lots of free parking it ticks all the boxes.

I’m a cold water trainer and educator, and you just don't get this experience in the city surrounded by office buildings!!

Highly recommend booking a class or even a private hire and get the whole place to yourselves ❤️

I had such a great experience at this sauna and cold plunge spot. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a genuine escape from everyday stress. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to completely switch off and unwind.

The sauna was excellent, clean, comfortable, and perfectly heated and the cold plunge was incredibly refreshing afterward. The contrast between the two left me feeling recharged, clear-headed, and surprisingly energized.

Everything felt well maintained, and the whole experience had a peaceful, restorative vibe. I left feeling better both mentally and physically. Definitely somewhere I’d return to and recommend to anyone looking for a proper reset.
